The Raiders won a thriller against the Ravens in a close overtime game tonight. A few plays before Derek Carr threw the game-winning touchdown pass, the Raiders had already been celebrating on the field. Carr threw what both teams thought was the game-winning touchdown to Bryan Edwards. After celebrating, the fans ruled that he was down on the 1-yard line. The Raiders tried to sneak Carr but couldn’t get across the goal line. On 2nd down, Raider’s 1st round pick, Alex Leatherwood, was called for a false start and pushed them back 5 yards. The possession ended when Willie Snead had a ball go through his hands for what most people thought was a sure touchdown. Carr put a little too much zip on the balled and it went through Snead’s hands and off a Raven’s defender helmet and it popped up in the air. Ultimately, the Raiders would get the ball back and win on a heave of a throw to Zae Jones.
